Order & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard international shipping takes 7–15 business days. For US-based orders fulfilled from our US warehouse, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to over 29 countries worldwide. No minimum purchase required — every Aurevra order ships free.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 48 hours. Simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but you can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in the fulfillment pipeline. Please email us at support@aurevra-jewelry.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! All Aurevra jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, making it safe for sensitive skin. Our 925 sterling silver is naturally hypoallergenic, and we ensure all components meet strict safety standards.

Will my silver jewelry tarnish?

Are your crystals genuine?

Yes! We use genuine natural stones in our crystal jewelry. Because each stone is formed by nature, every piece is one-of-a-kind with unique variations in color, pattern, and inclusions — making your Aurevra piece truly yours.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For full details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

How do I initiate a return?

Simply email us at support@aurevra-jewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we refund the original shipping cost as part of your refund. For exchanges (same item, different size), we cover the return shipping — it's completely free.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.

How does the Charm Bar work?

Our Charm Bar lets you build a personalized piece in two simple steps:

1. Pick a base chain — choose your preferred style and length
2. Add charms — select from our collection of meaningful symbols and stones

Mix, match, and create a piece that tells your story.

Can I add charms later?

Yes! All Aurevra charms are designed to be fully compatible with our base chains, so you can start with one charm and build your collection over time. Every charm clips on and off easily.

Do you offer custom engraving?

Sizing

How do I find my ring or bracelet size?

For the most accurate fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing. You can also measure at home using our printable Size Guide. Tips:

• Measure at the end of the day when fingers are warmest
• For bracelets, measure your wrist and add 0.5" (1.25cm) for comfort
• Our chains are typically adjustable from 16" to 20" with a 2" extender
