By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to display our products, including colors, materials, and details, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color, texture, or detail will be accurate. Natural gemstones and crystals may exhibit slight variations in color, pattern, and clarity — these are inherent characteristics of genuine stones and not defects.

All product descriptions, specifications, and imagery are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We accept major credit cards and Shopify Payments. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $30; orders under $30 incur a flat rate of $4.95. Estimated delivery times vary by region (see our Shipping Policy for details). Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Aurevra Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Exchanges are free; refunds are subject to a $5 return shipping fee. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Aurevra Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Cultural Content

The cultural, historical, and symbolic information provided on our Story pages and within product descriptions is intended for educational and inspirational purposes only. While we research our content carefully, we do not claim scholarly authority on any cultural tradition. We approach all cultural traditions with respect and aim to celebrate — never appropriate — the communities from which these symbols originate.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
